What are Individual Intensives?

An individual intensive is a focused, in-person therapeutic experience designed to create meaningful movement when weekly therapy hasn’t been enough, or when something important needs sustained attention. Rather than working in small increments, the extended format allows time to slow down, understand what’s actually driving distress, and address patterns that tend to stay intact despite insight.

Using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches, intensives are tailored to your specific needs and unfold over three consecutive days, allowing space to work at depth, integrate what emerges, and clarify next steps.

An individual intensive takes place over three consecutive days and is tailored to your specific needs and goals. The extended format allows us to work with more depth and continuity than weekly therapy, creating space to understand what’s been shaping your current challenges.

Together, we focus on identifying and carefully working through experiences and patterns that continue to influence how you relate — to yourself and to others. This may include processing stressful, painful, or traumatic moments, always at a pace that supports stability, clarity, and integration.
